The agreement between you and REIDOS

REIDOS is operated by Reid Morris in Australia. "REIDOS", "we", "us", and "our" mean the same thing throughout these terms. "You" means the person agreeing to these terms.

Bisochronic® is a registered trademark of REIDOS.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or purchase a membership or license. By agreeing to these terms, you confirm that you are.

REIDOS provides:

• Bisochronic® Studio — a browser-based audio studio for designing personal listening sessions.
• Architect membership — full Studio access plus member-only features.
• Practitioner License — a professional permission to use REIDOS audio in your clinical, therapeutic, or facilitator practice. License terms are detailed on the Practitioner License Terms page.
• Practitioner Pro — Architect plus Practitioner License in a single bundled plan.
• The Sanctum — a member-only space for changelogs, member tools, and updates.

When you join a membership tier, you get access to the features listed for that tier on the pricing page at the time of purchase. Features may be added, refined, or replaced. We won't remove a core entitlement you paid for without offering an equivalent or a pro-rata refund.

• Memberships are billed in advance, either monthly or annually, in the currency shown at checkout.
• Memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
• Payments are processed by Stripe and/or Squarespace. We do not store full card numbers.
• If a payment fails, we may pause access until the next successful charge.

You can cancel any time from your account, or by emailing us. Cancellation stops the next renewal — you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. Refunds are handled separately under our Refund Policy.

You're responsible for keeping your login details safe and for what happens under your account. If you think your account has been used without your permission, email us straight away.

REIDOS owns all rights in:

• The REIDOS brand, name, logos, and trademarks (including Bisochronic®).
• The Studio software and the Sanctum, including their layouts and copy.
• The methods, structures, and reference materials we publish.

Personal members may use the Studio and any sessions they generate for their own private use. Practitioner License holders may also use REIDOS audio with clients under the conditions in the Practitioner License Terms. No one is granted a right to copy, redistribute, train AI on, or resell REIDOS materials without written permission.

Please don't:

• Share your login credentials with people who aren't members.
• Reverse-engineer the Studio to circumvent membership gating.
• Republish REIDOS material as your own.
• Use REIDOS to harass, harm, or mislead anyone.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

REIDOS audio is designed for relaxation, focus, and personal contemplative practice. It is not a medical treatment, not an emergency or crisis support service, and is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric care.

• Listen at a comfortable volume.
• Don't listen while driving or operating machinery.
• If you have epilepsy, a seizure disorder, a pacemaker, or any condition that may be affected by audio frequencies — talk to a qualified professional before use.
• Stop if anything feels uncomfortable.

If you are in immediate distress or having thoughts of harming yourself, please contact your local emergency services. In Australia, Lifeline is available 24/7 on 13 11 14, and 000 is the number for life-threatening emergencies.

We aim for high availability but we don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available everywhere. We may update, improve, or change features over time. Material changes that reduce a core paid entitlement will be communicated in advance.

To the extent permitted by law, REIDOS is provided on an "as is" basis. We don't guarantee any specific outcome from listening to or using REIDOS audio — including any therapeutic, emotional, spiritual, or productivity outcome.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of REIDOS is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the issue arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. If a dispute arises, please contact us first — most things can be resolved by talking through them.

If we update these terms, the "Last updated" date at the top changes. Material changes will be flagged on the site. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
