What the Practitioner License grants

The Practitioner License is intended for individuals who use sound, frequency, or contemplative audio as part of their professional work, including:

• Sound healers, sound therapists, and audio-facilitators.
• Yoga, breathwork, and meditation teachers.
• Somatic practitioners, energy workers, and bodyworkers.
• Psychotherapists, counsellors, and integration coaches who use audio in session.
• Retreat facilitators, workshop leaders, and group ceremony holders.

If you're unsure whether your practice falls inside scope, email us before purchasing.

• Live in-person use with your clients during sessions, classes, workshops, and retreats.
• Live online use over secure video calls with your clients.
• Personal preparation — building and previewing audio for your own sessions.
• YouTube uploads — you may upload REIDOS audio to YouTube, provided you clearly credit REIDOS Sonic Healing and Bisochronic® Studio in the video title or description using the format "Audio: REIDOS Sonic Healing / Bisochronic® Studio" with a link to reidos.xyz, and do not present the audio as your own original work.
• Permission to credit REIDOS as the audio source in your professional materials.

In short: you may use REIDOS audio with people who are your clients, in containers you facilitate, and may share that work on YouTube with proper attribution.

• Public broadcast without attribution — radio, podcast distribution, streaming platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.), or social media uploads where REIDOS is not credited as the audio source.
• YouTube uploads that present REIDOS audio as your own original work, or that omit the required attribution.
• Inclusion in apps, products, or commercial digital content for redistribution.
• Resale of REIDOS audio in any form.
• Sublicensing or assigning your license to another practitioner.
• Training, fine-tuning, or feeding REIDOS audio or written materials into AI or machine-learning systems.
• Use of Bisochronic® or other REIDOS trademarks as if they were your own.

For anything outside the scope above — for example, releasing a meditation app that contains REIDOS audio, or selling a recorded program — please email to discuss a separate written arrangement.

When using REIDOS audio in any publicly shared content — including YouTube uploads — attribution is required. Please use the wording "Audio: REIDOS Sonic Healing / Bisochronic® Studio" and link to reidos.xyz.

For private client-facing materials and in-session use, credit is welcomed but not required.

You may record your own sessions where REIDOS audio is playing in the background, provided that:

• The recording is of your session as a whole — your voice, your container — not REIDOS audio in isolation.
• If shared privately with a specific client only, no attribution is required.
• If uploaded to YouTube or shared publicly, the required attribution must be included: "Audio: REIDOS Sonic Healing / Bisochronic® Studio" with a link to reidos.xyz.
• The recording is not sold, resold, or distributed as a standalone product without a separate written arrangement.

If you'd like to release a recorded program or commercial product that features REIDOS audio, contact us first.

The Practitioner License is granted for as long as your membership/license payment is current. If your subscription lapses or is cancelled, the rights granted under this license stop on the same date.

Sessions you have already delivered while your license was active remain in good standing — you don't need to recall them.

We may terminate this license, on notice, if you:

• Materially breach these terms (e.g. resell REIDOS audio, train AI on REIDOS material, sublicense to others, upload to YouTube without attribution).
• Use REIDOS in a way that's harmful, fraudulent, or contrary to law.

In all other cases, you can keep your license by keeping your payments current. You can cancel any time from your account.

The Practitioner License is a professional permission to use REIDOS audio with clients and on YouTube with attribution. The Architect Membership is access to the Bisochronic® Studio for personal creation. Practitioner Pro bundles both at a lower combined price.

You can hold either independently. Holding a Practitioner License does not automatically grant Architect Studio access. See the VIP page for the current breakdown.

REIDOS audio is a contemplative and facilitative tool. It is not a medical device, not an emergency or crisis support service, and is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric care. As a licensed practitioner, please apply your professional judgement when using REIDOS with clients who have epilepsy, seizure disorders, pacemakers, or any condition that may be affected by audio frequencies.

REIDOS should not be presented to clients as a substitute for emergency or crisis intervention. Please follow your own professional standards of care for those situations.

If we update these terms, the "Last updated" date at the top changes and material changes are flagged on the site. Current license holders will be given reasonable notice before changes affecting their grant take effect.
