How REIDOS handles your information
Plain-English. No tracking pixels. No data harvesting. Just what we actually need to run the service.
REIDOS is operated by Reid Morris (Australia). When you visit reidos.xyz, sign up for a membership, or contact us, we collect only what's required to deliver the service, process payment, and reply to you.
The Bisochronic® Studio runs in your browser. The sessions you build are not uploaded to a REIDOS server — they live in your browser's local storage on your device until you clear them.
Who this applies to
This policy covers visitors to reidos.xyz, REIDOS members, Practitioner License holders, and anyone who contacts us by email.
What we collect
Only the minimum needed to run the service:
- Account & membership information — name and email you provide when signing up, plus your active subscription tier.
- Billing information — processed by Stripe and/or Squarespace. We do not store full card numbers ourselves; we receive a record that a payment succeeded or failed.
- Email correspondence — when you write to us, we keep the thread so we can reply and follow up.
- Basic site analytics — anonymised page views and traffic source data via the standard Squarespace platform, used to understand what's working on the site.
What we don't collect
- We do not record your listening sessions inside the Studio.
- We do not upload the frequency builds you create — they stay in your browser's local storage on your device.
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing.
- We do not run cross-site tracking pixels for ad networks.
How we use what we collect
- To deliver the membership you signed up for (account access, Studio entitlements, license confirmation).
- To process payment and issue receipts.
- To reply to your messages.
- To send occasional service-related emails (membership changes, important updates). You can ask us to stop these at any time.
- To understand site performance in aggregate.
Who else sees it
We rely on a small number of trusted service providers to actually run the site and process payments. The main ones are:
- Squarespace — hosting, site delivery, basic analytics.
- Stripe (and/or the payment processor connected to Squarespace) — payment processing.
- Email provider — for replying to your messages.
These providers handle your information under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not share your information with anyone else unless we're required to by law.
Cookies & local storage
The site uses the small set of cookies needed by Squarespace to keep your session working. The Studio also uses your browser's local storage to remember presets, share codes, and snapshots on your device. You can clear local storage at any time through your browser settings — doing so will remove your saved presets on that device.
Your information, your control
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you.
- Correct anything that's wrong.
- Delete your account and the personal information attached to it (subject to records we're required to keep for tax, accounting, or legal reasons).
- Unsubscribe from any service emails.
Email reidos.contact@protonmail.com and we'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Children
REIDOS is intended for adult listeners. Memberships are not offered to anyone under 18.
