The REIDOS Listening Spectrum

Every session sits inside a specific frequency range. This simplified guide shows the main brainwave bands used across the REIDOS catalogue.

This is a simplified orientation map, not a medical chart. Individual listening responses vary.

How to Listen

These three principles will help you get the most from every REIDOS session without overthinking the process.

01

Use headphones for binaural sessions

Binaural tracks rely on left and right ear separation. Stereo headphones or sleep-friendly earbuds are recommended when the session uses binaural architecture.

02

Keep volume low and comfortable

The tones should sit at a gentle, comfortable level. Louder does not make the session more effective and may make long-form listening harder.

03

Give the session time

Most REIDOS sessions are designed for gradual settling. For short sessions, try at least 15 to 20 minutes. For sleep, keep the volume low and let it run.

Frequently Asked Questions

What are binaural beats?

Binaural beats occur when two slightly different frequencies are played separately into each ear. Your brain perceives a rhythmic difference between the two tones. For example, 200 Hz in the left ear and 204 Hz in the right creates a 4 Hz binaural relationship. Stereo headphones are required.

What is Bisochronic®?

Bisochronic® is the REIDOS approach to layered frequency architecture. It combines binaural relationships, isochronic pulses, harmonic overlays, modulation, panning and psychoacoustic design into a more immersive session than a single tone by itself. Learn more about Bisochronic®.

Do I need headphones?

For binaural and Bisochronic® sessions, headphones are strongly recommended. Isochronic-only and some ambient layered sessions can work through speakers. Each session description should tell you what is best.

Can I listen while sleeping?

Yes. Many REIDOS sessions are designed for sleep and overnight listening. Black screen versions are especially useful because they remove screen light and visual distraction.

Are these frequencies medical treatment?

No. REIDOS sessions are designed for relaxation, focus, sleep support, meditation and subjective listening experiences. They are not medical treatments and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition.

What is the Frequency Atlas?

The Frequency Atlas is an interactive REIDOS reference tool that maps frequencies, brainwave bands, Solfeggio tones, harmonic roles and how each frequency is used across the catalogue.

Where can I download sessions?

Downloadable session packs are available through the REIDOS store pages. Downloads are useful for offline listening, uninterrupted sleep sessions and keeping your favourite protocols available without relying on streaming.

Listening Guidance

Before You Begin

REIDOS sessions are designed to support relaxation, focus and meditative states. They are not medical treatments and should be used as part of a comfortable listening practice.

  • Consult a physician before using brainwave entrainment audio if you have epilepsy, seizure disorders, a pacemaker or specific medical concerns.
  • Do not listen while driving, operating machinery or during any activity requiring full alertness.
  • Keep volume low and comfortable. Louder does not mean better.
  • If you experience discomfort, dizziness or unease, stop listening and take a break.
  • Frequency listening is subjective. Individual responses vary.
